GOOD Maryland Property Manager Recommendations?

I am a REALTOR in Maryland and listing a property for rent.  My client has asked me to help her find a good property manager for her home.  Unfortunately I only know of property managers that I have had BAD experiences with and know NOT to recommend.  Can anyone recommend a good property manager who serves southern Maryland? Or on the flip side can anyone tell me other property managers in Maryland I should avoid?
