Rehab rental question
I am in the process of buying my 2nd rental property (1st one was a brand new house i lived in and leased it once i bought a primary residence) and i am wondering what are the important rehab items i should be doing to get the property rented quick and for a good amount. I was thinking on doing the following:
1- Replacing the carpet
2- Paint
3- Thinking about replacing kitchen cabinets (should i do home depot cabinets or looks somewhere else?)
4- New tiles in the kitchen (it has the vinyl now)
5- New kitchen sink
This is a 2 bed/ 2 bath 1000 sq. feet condo.

@Eric Oszczypala I never trust the sites like Zillow. They are general numbers that don't look at the real comps in the area. An agent is your best bet. Make sure the comps are around the same year built, square footage, amenities, and bed/bath. Zillow will say a house built in the 60s is equal to a house built in the 2000s. You can also ask your agent to tour homes available for rent in the neighborhood to get a good idea of what they have and asking for.
