What would you charge for Pet Deposit ?

I have never accepted pets before. But I am considering it as it can open it up to more tenants for me. I also do not have carpet in this unit. It is all laminate floors. What should I charge? I was thinking like $200. Some people charge like $25-$50 a month . What would you do?
