Oakland Fire: Chatter about criminal prosecution of landlord.
Linky link. For those unaware, we had a tragedy in Oakland this past weekend. Fire. About two dozen people lived in the building. Dozens are dead, in what reads like something out of the developing world: very large party, fire starts, lights go out, few exits or exit signs, lots of mourning, sadness, anger, and finger-pointing.
