Landlord insurance w/ LLC
My business partner and I bought our first condo under our name. The landlord insurance is under our name and is part of the mortgage payment. I want to move the condo into an LLC. I'll have to change the insurance from our name to an LLC. Since the bank sees this paperwork, they will notice that the landlord insurance is under an LLC, are they more likely to pull the due on sale clause
