Best bad tenant story yet

Just on irony alone. Deadbeat tenant told me I should go back to my own country and slammed my door in my face, lol. Kind of funny, considering this is my country and I have no accent. I think she was just upset she made one poor choice after another and was once again losing. 

But the irony that a deadbeat trashed a house I paid cash for when I was her age, had other people living there, unauthorized dogs, and trashed everything including the yard and shed, then tells me I'm mean when she is still not out several days after she was supposed to be out after SHE gave her notice, and told me I should go to another country while she was standing in my house that her trailer trash lifestyle ruined. I guess expecting you to pay rent, not trash the house and otherwise abide by the lease terms is "mean".

To add insult to injury, although she finally left within hours of our encounter, she decided to text me another insult the next day. Too bad for her she owes me thousands of dollars and will be sent to collections. Won't see a dime, but at least will serve a a warning to other landlords and be my way of legally saying,"FU right back".
