First time late payment

Our tenant pays us via Chase Quick pay every month, and her rent is due by the third of every month. Today is the 4th and her payment hasn't shown up yet. Does anyone have some standard language that they use for late payments?

@Lauren Daly I think the best results from just having a regular conversation.

"Hello, We noticed your rent did not post as it usually does, You're one of our best tenants, is everything ok? Is there something we can do to help?"
