My 2 unit real estate investment closed OCT 1 , 2016  I am trying to prepare my deductions vs Profits ( none This Year) any advise or referrals possibly local Palm springs  area  or online I know its DECEMBER But every deduction will help  Thank you  I am a new investor and made lots of mistakes already.  Rob G
