changing section 8 lease based on FMR

I am about to rent an apartment to a section 8 tenent. I signed the lease the lease already. they did the inspection today.

I just found out that the fair market rent for my apartment in my county is $90 more than the rent and 2017's FMR is $207 more than the rent I signed on the lease.

Can I try to change the lease at this point? Do they try to negotiate landlords down? Or is it the norm to ask for the full FMR?
