North Central WI - Property management company recommendation

Hi All, I own a 12-unit apartment building located in between Wausau and Eau Claire, WI along Hwy 29.  I'm looking to make a change to my current property manager.  Does anyone have recommendations for a good manager in the area.  The building is about 30 minutes west of Wausau, and 50 minutes ease of Eau Claire.  Thanks
