Facebook Group Page for Each MFR

Hey guys, want to do some brainstorming on this idea. I am thinking about creating a Facebook Group/Page for each MFR we own/manage. What I envision is inviting each resident to the page/group for each separate MFR and using it to post helpful things for the residents. I think it will also help give the sense of community and promote less turnover.

What are your thoughts on this?  Pros?  Cons?
