GARNISHMENT IS IT WORTH THE TIME AND FEES REQUIRED
My tenant received a judgement but has not paid the ordered amount. She is not working a steady job at this time and probably change jobs repeatedly in the future. The security deposit only covers half the judgement amount. Part of me is saying let it go because I would have to pay over a $100 to file/serve the garnishment(I know I can add to the order) but she has already proven she will not or can not pay.
