CapEx Estimates and Savings

I've been reading Frank Gallinelli's book on cash flow and determined my method of budgeting is, well pretty much nonexistent. So I've been working hard to change that. I have 2 questions for you guys. Do my CapEx estimations look realistic? And should I cap how much I save towards CapEx, like if I have 10k or 15k socked away for 5 SFRs would that be enough? Or would I save indefinitely expecting that I will eventually need that money?

These are based on 100-150k SFRs in the Irving, TX area (Dallas County).
