Tenant Screening

Hello all,  I am in the process of screening potential renters for my property and used Smartmove to do a check on this particular person.  The criminal report came back with 8 hits ....5 of them exact name matches that were all traffic violations.  The other 3 were for battery and burglary but the last names were different.  (ss# was used to order report) I am thinking this is not all the same person because besides the variation in names, the police record lists the race on the 5 traffic vioations differently than on the other 3.  Can anyone help me figure out what to make of this?
