Sample Rent to own Agreements

Hello , I rent out properties in Florida. I'm wondering if anyone in BP has any sample Rent to own agreements thy a Pre filled out. I'm thinking about doing a rent to own now and need some help. Note: I also heard it good to have two separate agreements. One as a regular rental agreement and one option to purchase agreement. Making two separate agreements. Can somebody please help me out and give me some insight I would really appreciate it
