Hello all, 

Here's a quote I received for some HVAC work that needs to be done on my rental property:

Remove and chemically clean evaporator coil - $345.00

Seal and clean return box - $145.00

Seal supply plenum - $99.00

45/5 mfd dual run capacitor - $85.00

Would you say this is a fair price for the work needed?
The property is located in Orlando, Florida.
