Should I buy new door knobs for inside doors of rental?

House built in 1984

Doorknobs on the inside doors appear to be original.  They are in good condition (both the doors and the knobs) so I wasn't planning to replace them.

Any thoughts?  Not sure if this would add much value to a prospective renter

Why would you need to replace working knobs. It will add nothing to your income and is most likely insignificant to a tenant. Ridiculous.

I do not see the purpose.
