outside pests
I have seen lots of discussions on pests inside the home but not on ones outside. At what point does nature become a landlords responsibility. I have SFR in Texas a rural setting. I think they wanted that rural life without considering that there are more bugs and creatures that live outside there. Can it become a health and safety issue.
