Turning a Big Bear property into a vacation Rental

I need help with a property in big bear. My parents have a beautiful cabin in big bear that they never use and I have finally convinced them to turn it into a vacation rental. Does anyone know of a good management company in the Big Bear area? Good cleaning team? Handyman? I want to look at the option of managing it myself or having a management company. Would love to get some input.
