Zero Down deals...

Last November, I closed on a property in Mississippi that was 0 down and has it been paying me approx. 200/mo. since. I have 16 properties that were offered me and my broker is looking for the right blanket loan/portfolio loan guy to get them done 0 down. I wondered if anyone else out there has been having success buying properties for 0 down.

I'm a buy and hold kinda guy. I've found about 6 lenders that may do the loan on the 16, but am having my broker contact them. If I can get the funding done right, I'll be about 75% of the way to my goal of retiring...very early.

So just to recap...I'd like your success stories doing 0 down and any suggestions you have for funding 0 down buy-and-hold deals.

Thanks!
