Anything Available?!
Hello BP family,
I live in Orlando and I wanted to know if anyone knew of any rental properties available such as houses, townhomes, etc no more than like 900.00 a month. I work at the Lake Nona VA so the closer the better but I am willing to travel a bit. I'm used to longer than average commutes so anything anyone knows of would be great in Orlando or possibly Kissimmee.
OR....
if anyone knows of maybe a rent to own or owner finance deals in the area I'd be interested in knowing more. Anything helps. I'm currently paying waaaayyy too much in rent and until I am ready to use my VA home loan say in another year or so, I'd like to find a place to rent that is significantly cheaper than what I am paying now. So the 900.00 dollars range is the target or cheaper of course. Also, a 2 bed room is needed at the least! Thanks in advance BP fam! :)
Thanks
Sabrina
