Anyone here from MS?

Hi guys, been lurking for a while, reading up on all the good/bad/ugly of landlording. I've been in construction my whole life(residential), so I can do the repairs and manage my own rentals. Thanks for the site.
My question is: Is there anyone here from MS that has Section 8 rentals? Everyone I ask around here gets tight lipped and suddenly doesnt want to talk anymore. The ones I talked to have 20 or so units. I am not jumping in over my head like that, just one to start with. I would just like to get a look at the paperwork side; applications, leases, eviction procedures, so on.
