Putting Together a Lease
I found a tenant for my first rental and I’m trying to figure out how to put together a lease. I’m using Rocket Lawyer currently, but I can’t figure out how to add first and last month’s rent being collected and an additional garage spot.
The terms should be:
MTM
$1,450 rent
Paying first and last month’s rent
$1,500 security deposit
$50/month for garage spot
How would I get a lease like this?
