Tenant background check question
Last place the tenant lived for two years, was late paying rent 7 times. Would you pass on this prospective tenant?

With only the info you presented, I would pass. However, I would try to talk to the previous landlord and find out the specifics of the tenant being late. I have a couple of tenants that pay a little late every month along with the $50 late fee.
