Hello all.

I'm an Investor from Israel and Just purchased my first property about a month and a half ago.

The question is this, my management company is supposed to find a tenant, the house is vacant for almost two month, and they started all the marketing etc about a month ago, but that is because of me, so to conclude, the house is on the market for about one month

How can i know if it is normal or that is a long time?
