Need a good eviction attorney in Essex County, New Jersey

Can anyone recommend an attorney or a firm that specializes in landlord and tenant practice in North Jersey?  I recently purchased a triplex from a sheriffs auction which is owner occupied with two tenants. I need to find an attorney who would handle the eviction of the previous owner and possibly the tenants if they do not have a long term lease.

As always, thank you BP members! I am learning the ropes of REI thanks to the BP forms and members posts.

Hi Neil Patel yes, North Jersey has sheriff auctions held on a weekly bases for all of the counties. The list is available online and you can do your due diligence before the auction date. You can get the foreclosure listings for most counties here https://salesweb.civilview.com

PM me if you want more info. Will be glad to give you any info you need.
