non-traditional rentals

Hi BiggerPockets!

I'm a new hire at property management company and I was wondering what people thought of our model. We offer full service short term property management, through rental sites like Airbnb. The service includes personal check- in/out, cleaning, 24/7 guest service, and listing optimization. In most cases we are able to increase the revenue property owners get, some times substantially. Is there any interest in the rental investment community to partner up with services like ours or should we be focused elsewhere? Right now we can operate in almost any city but we are leaning toward the ones that are more amenable to Airbnb/flex-term rental sites.

I guess I'm just interested in what the community thinks of our non-traditional rental option.
