Hello all,

When it rains it pours.  I had two sets of applicants that past my screening process.  The couple that did not end up signing the lease is looking for a house in Atlanta, Georgia, ASAP.  I thought I would help them out by posting here.  A few details:

A couple moving to Atlanta from Philadelphia

One will be working at the CDC

Seem to be looking for a house

Good credit

Good assets

Have a dog
