Hello BP,

I just got 2 new rentals. I'm  new at owning rentals and my current growing pain is on how to collect rent and give notices to tenants. Do you guys know of a system I can use to collect rent ? If so are are the fees? Also, to give notices Can I use emails in Florida?

I know that if doesnt sound like a lot but doing this while having other projects and a full-time job can be a pain.

Thank you,

Johanna
