Short Term Landlord Insurance

Hello Everyone,

Here is my dilemma - My insurance company is cancelling our landlord policy on a property due to a very picky and inaccurate inspection.  We are in the process of selling the property and the closing is scheduled 2 weeks after the cancellation date of the insurance policy.  The insurance company will not extend our policy.  Does anyone know of any short term options or have recommendations for insurance companies with little or no cancellation fees?   Any advice will help.
