Hi,

I am planning to buy first investment property as Condo. I like to know how we can calculate return on investment for a condo. Can we implement 2% logic on a condo or not?

Investment 60,000

Monthly rent 1050.

HOA: 300

Monthly Tax: 100

Monthly Insurance: 20

P&I:245

Maintenance(10): 105

Still 280 Left
