Hello BP friends!  I am in search of a great real estate attorney in the Fort Collins Colorado area.  I would greatly appreciate some referrals for this. I have found that the BP community is a great place to find resources and I'm hoping it will be the same in this situation.  I am looking to purchase my first apartment in the near future and want to be sure I have everything structured correctly.
