What is the best way to screen tenants without a SS#?

Hi @Martin Grizzanti,

@Russell Brazil brought up a very interesting point on this issue once. I believe that you would not be able to go after funds if you didn't have it and they decided to leave. 

I'll let him reexplain it but it opened my eyes when he said it (I just forget which thread to pull it back up)
