Notarized Lease Agreements
My wife and I have always used a realtor to rent our condo. This time around we wanted to pocket those associated costs. We have found a tenant and I have built a solid lease agreement. The question is do I need to have it notarized when the parties are signing or are the signatures tracked through a process like focusing appropriate? Any feedback would be more then welcome and appreciated. Thanks
