Probate wholesaling process

I'm looking for some help in understanding how to step into probate wholesaling.  I would like to understand the process so that I can master it.  Are there any great courses or programs that will give me this knowledge.  Does anyone have information the wouldn't mind sharing with me?  I could really use some great tips, tools, and suggestions to begin the wholesale probate homes.  I'm a beginner.
