Hello everyone!

I am currently living in NYC and am interested in getting into multifamily housing up in Binghamton, NY focusing on student housing with a friend of mine.  We've been doing a lot of research on the area and I spend a lot of time in smaller towns upstate for work, but I was wondering if anyone had could offer some addition insight or recommendations about the area.  We'll be heading up next Friday (September 30th) to check everything out in person and get a better feel for the area.  I currently have a couple of single family rentals back in Fargo, ND where I went to school, but can hear the multifamilies starting to call my name.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
