How to find out if an area is rent controlled? (Collingswood NJ)

Hey BP,

I have been scanning the internet to answer this question for a while at this point. I am wondering how to find if a town is rent controlled. I know NJ is one of the few states that does have rent control but it is not in all areas. Does anyone know a good way to find out?
