Looking for the best area to invest in central/northern CT

Hi,

I'm pretty new and only have one rental property right now in Enfield, CT 06082.  Not much planning went into that one so I'm lucky it's going OK.  I'd like to put a little more thought into the next one but am finding so much conflicting information on what's best.  I would like to keep the price under $150K (the lower the better) but I know I'm not experienced enough to be going into low income areas at this point.  Any suggestions where to look around that same area (Enfield, Suffield, Granby, Hartford, ect).  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Jenna G. My recommendation would be to work with a real estate agent that has closed multi family/rental property deals in the Hartford area in CT.

Not one that says they "work with investors." Verify they have actually closed deals and are an asset to you as an investor.

Personally I wouldn't work with an agent that has never bought an investment property of any kind either. Just my take.

The only reason I tell you this is because you are going to have all sorts of random realtors PMing you or posting on here to try and get you as a client and they are all not created equal to say the least.
