Hi everyone in the Capital Region. I am new to investing and was recently thinking about the SFR rentals in the Capital Region. I would like to get a better understanding of the market and have a couple of general questions. First, is there demand for SFR rentals in the area? Second, if so, how strong is demand in relation to supply and in what areas is there interest from renters.
