What is the lowest score you would allow? I used to allow lower depending on what caused it and require 2 months security, but not sure I want to do that any longer

Some people may have a credit score of zero because they've been smart with their finances and have no consumer debt and don't use credit cards. Because of that, instead of a credit score, they have something called MONEY.

On the other hand, you could have someone with a 800 credit score that is in debt up to their eyeballs and barely has enough money to pay the bills every month.

As the other 2 people already stated, look at the whole picture not just credit score. Good luck!
