Accounting: Anyone using Quickbooks Online? Looking for tutorial

Hi there,

Don't know if this should go here or in the technology subforum, so I'll try here first.

I'm at the point were I need to set up real accounting.  Quickbooks seems to be the way to go.  And since everything is moving on-line, I'll probably go with the on-line version.  The question is how to set it up?

I found some general tutorials.  So I can get through the basic navigation and set up (linking to bank accounts, creating transactions, etc.)  What I'm looking for is more of the landlord/property management specific information.  How to set up the chart of accounts to deal with units and tenants, etc.  Does anyone know of a tutorial that goes through this?  Does anyone have any tips/info from their own experience they can share?

Any help appreciated.  Thanks,

Mike
