Should I Carry Hazard Insurance?

I have about 210 doors. SFH, duplexes, triplexes, multi-unit. No debt. I carry liability insurance only. I don't carry hazard (fire/wind/theft/flood/etc) insurance. I can buy a unit or two per year with the savings. If I lost one unit per year, I'd probably still be ahead of the game (never lost a unit in 25 years). Wise or foolish?
