My eviction process

So update on my eviction process. Here is some information I would like to share. It seems to be some confusion on how to evict a Tenate. Most people I talk to think that you have to wait until you Tenate is late on there rent 4 times. That's only true if the Tenate doesn't pay in full on the date of eviction. I like to go all the way through with the eviction process even if we have an agreement. Anyways I got the letter to call the sheriff today and I called and the eviction is schedule for 3 weeks out. I also sent twi eviction letters. One by certified mail and the other with a certificate of mail. Keep you posted
