Quickest way to rent

Hey everyone! Does anyone have a point of contact in Maryland who can help rent out a property quickly? I have a townhouse that I'm looking to rent in September and want to get someone in asap. Didn't know if anyone had used a broker to rent the property out before or had some other process/system that works. Any comments would be much appreciated!
