Does anyone have any rental properties that are looking for Tenants in Fayette county, Tennessee? I have a person that is currently in Memphis but is looking to get into a rental in Fayette county. They are looking for a 3 bedroom and willing to do up to $900 a month on rent.

If anyone has something and is in need of a tenant then let me know and I'll patch you in.
