Tenant wants to set up own pool in back yard
Hi BP folks,
One of my tenants, a good tenant, wants to set up a small pop up pool in the back yard. Are there any issues with letting them do this? Insurance, liability? Do I need to add it to my insurance, or do they? Any other thoughts?
Thanks
Mark

No pools should be your only response.
