ALE Solutions - Short term rental

Has anyone ever used ALE Solutions? I have a property that will be vacant very soon and have started showing the property again. I was contacted by someone from ALE solutions. They obviously rent houses for people in the middle of an insurance claim (fire damage, flooding, etc) where the person cannot live in their home while its being repaired.  

ALE offered $350/mo over my normal rent to place a temporary tenant in the property, along with my normal Security Deposit.
