Recommendations for commercial rental agent in south philly

Hi everyone, I'm a newly registered user to BP and I have read a lot of great insights from your guys. So I would like to ask if anyone would give me recommendation on rental agent in south Philly or any strategies on advertising my rental? I have a small commercial space for rent in south Philly, existing use as a restaurant. I'm thinking to have an agent post on MLS so I can get more attention than just posting on craigslist or loopnet etc. Do you have any recommendation for rental agents in south Philly? I'm hoping to find a dedicate agent who can rent my space out fast and to the "qualified tenant". Any advice would be appreciated!
