Combination Washer/Dryer (not stacking) Experiences...

I have a small duplex where the smaller unit does not have a washer or dryer.  I'd like to add one in order to make it appeal more to renters.  I've been shopping around and I noticed that these days there are washer/dryer combination units - one machine that does both the washing and the drying.

I'm curious if anyone has one of these in their rental and what their experience is with them?  Are these combo machines just as durable as the stacked units or more finicky?  I'd hate to invest money in something that a tenant is going to tear up/complain about like crazy before I put it in the unit and make it an "expectation" rather than an "offered amenity".
