Updated Rental Kitchen

I have this kitchen in my primary residence and was wondering what people think about doing this kitchen in a rental? I think it's a huge step up from rental grade kitchens in my area and would wow tenants. The total upgrade to the kitchen cost me $600, I swapped counters, painted cabinets, and a nice backsplash, here is a before and after.
